Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours Terms and Conditions
All reservations are required and must be confirmed in advance prior to the date of your cruise as sailings availability and schedule changes may occur within short notice. All tours and cruises are dependent on a minimum amount of bookings and sailings may be cancelled if minimums are not reached. Arrival times for all cruises are approximate due to tide level fluctuations. Tours and cruises run rain or shine, unless extreme weather conditions compromise passenger safety. All rates are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to GST and 15% food service gratuity for individual bookings. Groups of 5 or more may be subject to an automatic 15% gratuity charge. Tips and gratuities for Galley and Bar service are not included in all prices, but are payable at your discretion on board and are greatly appreciated. Promotional coupon offers and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours reserves the right to cancel trip(s) if a minimum of 20 paid reservations is not met by cruise date. Schedule and fares are subject to change without notice. To confirm a reservation full fare must be paid at the time of booking.
All sales are final. No refunds. Tickets are not transferable to another date. In the event we cancel the cruise regardless of reason a full refund is given.
Important notice to all passengers
Client agrees to hold Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours harmless should any liabilities, claims, or causes of action take place as a result of the Client’s use of the Facility.
Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours shall not be held liable for any damages, loss or injuries to personnel or guests during the event.
