Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours Terms and Conditions

All reservations are required and must be confirmed in advance prior to the date of your cruise as sailings availability and schedule changes may occur within short notice. All tours and cruises are dependent on a minimum number of passenger bookings and sailings may be cancelled or postponed if minimums are not reached. Arrival times for all cruises are approximate due to tide level fluctuations. Tours and cruises operate during rain or shine, unless extreme weather conditions compromise passenger safety.

All rates are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to GST and 15% food service gratuity for individual and group bookings. Tips and gratuities for Galley and Bar service are not included in all prices but are payable at your discretion on-board and are appreciated. Promotional coupon offers and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Customers must present proof of ownership by issuer code, or a receipt to receive any financial benefit, and that benefit must be used within their respective time- out date. Any unused coupons or promotional offers will expire at end of season or Dec 31 st of each year.

Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours reserves the right to cancel trip(s) if a minimum number of paid reservations is not met by cruise date. Cruise schedules and fares are subject to change without notice. To confirm a reservation full fare must be paid at the time of booking and prior to cruise departure. All on-board Food and Beverage expenditures must be paid before debarking.

All sales are final. No refunds. Tickets are not transferable to another date. In the event we cancel a cruise, regardless of reason, a full credit is issued for use on another cruise of your choice.

Client agrees to hold Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours harmless should any liabilities, claims, or causes of action take place as a result of the Client’s use of the Facility.

Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours shall not be held liable for any damages, loss or injuries to personnel or guests during the event.
